~"Initially, we must provide information regarding the pre-version of the final post.
This is a crucial summary of our private brand company project aimed at mastering effectiveness.
We have diligently analyzed effectiveness for over six months, ensuring that it benefits employers, freelancers, and CEOs.
Currently, we are in the data collection phase due to some delays caused by our efforts to implement advanced strategies that maximize productivity."
In this blog post, we will discuss a book titled “Deep Work” by Cal Newport.
The book is a comprehensive guide to maximizing productivity and achieving deep work.
While the book itself is a valuable resource, this post will focus on the concept of effectiveness and how it can be applied to various aspects of life.
First, if you’re lazy, just get over it. Second, it’s another generation.
~I’m serious, man. But that’s about effectiveness.
After discipline and understanding the consequences, maybe first read a normal book, then something about discipline, and then this post.
Deep work has changed my perspective on effectiveness and how we can work more deeply.
I was shocked by the concept of shallow work and the advanced management of time.
I’m just giving you some advice because it’ll be easier for you to follow.
- Eliminate anything that doesn’t provide you with anything else but additional stress and unnecessary emotions. For example, don’t answer every comment on social media channels, email buckets, or DMs without first scheduling it. Also, don’t scroll through social media and other things because it reduces your effectiveness. Anything that gives you a quick dopamine rush is bad.
- Remember that your body has your brain, so go for a morning run as a relaxing activity, not a daily routine.
- Schedule your time and check how much time each activity takes. Your schedule needs to be perfect.
- Nothing will be perfect at the first time, but it can be better after four tries.
- Learn what your body and mind react badly to. For some people, it might be existing and feeling flustered after a few minutes of video editing, while for others, it might be positive emotions from hours of music creation or photo sessions.
- When you recharge, recharge your body, not scroll through TikTok or watch TV for hours.
