Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. However, if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to a return or exchange, even if it was purchased on sale.
Exchanges
For the quickest way to get the item you want, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a European Union (EU) country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and without needing to justify the return. The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that this 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to certain products, including:

Sealed items that have been opened (such as hygiene or beauty products)

Custom or personalized items
Faulty or Damaged Items
In addition to the cooling-off period, EU law provides you with the right to return faulty, damaged, or incorrect items within 2 years of purchase. If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair, as applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
